Now I recently ordered another with our new grandsons name and the charm was significantly larger, so it looks a bit odd on the necklace. Also I thought your AI service was awful. For over a week I was trying to get answers about my order and was continually told there was no such order number and no record that I had placed an order. This went on for over a week. I continually asked to speak to a real person and got no response. I had an email confirmation and my credit card had been charged, so I thought I was being scammed. And then about a couple weeks into this very stressful situation the order shows up at my house. No explanations. Not a happy customer. Thanks for asking."
