My only issue was that the “jump links” attached to the charms were too small to fit on the charm holder, and I will have to get a jeweler to fit the charms with new rings. I messaged Customer Service, and they responded quickly and competently, which I greatly appreciate. This wasn’t the first LL piece I purchased, and it won’t be the last."
