Sterling silver heart charm measures approximately 3/4" / 1.9 cm and sterling silver tag measures 1-1/2" / 3.8 cm. Finished with a freshwater pearl, aqua stone and strung on sterling silver chain. As an intentional design decision, we stamp in lowercase letters only. To specify a heart, please enter <3.
